coupon link

hi, another small question!
I want to create a discount trigered by someone entering the store from a certain link. Am i right in thinking that if i set up a coupon to do this I just need to copy the link to the pasteboard.
then place this link anywere i want people to access it and they will get the discount.
I ask because the link looks a liitle strange as i see no referance to my domain name in it.
example of link from generated from coupon.
http://rs000001.pl?DESTINATION-index%2ehtml%BASEURL=&COUPON=123456

Might be because it is a relative link from within the cgi-bin, so try appending it with the fully qualifed domain as in http://www.mydomain.com/cgi-bin/ and then your code, although not 100% certain that it will work from an external link, but only trying will tell for sure hey.
