Anyone aware of a bug in the usage of Fragments in product pages, specifically Image to left of text fragment template and the use of the [LINK] and making the image clickable so that it goes to the URL stated on the link tab.
Seem to have a strange occurence of the text link links ok to the URL, but the image links to the folder / , i.e. without any page filename or URL...
Is this a known bug, just us or something which is known about with a workaround maybe?
Cheers :)

Hi,
I can't replicate the problem. I have set up a store fragment using the same layout and made the image clickable for the link and it goes to the url I have put in the 'URL' field. Did you start your 'URL' with http://? If this is missing it can cause some strange things to happen but it should happen for both the text link and the image link.

Hi,
using either a FQURL or simple page name ends up with the same result of the image not linking to the same page as the [LINK] text..
Is this is a template that controls the image being clickable or within the software do you know :)

Hi,
The link is set up in 'Design | Text'. Click on the 'Go To' button in bottom left corner of the window and type 2058 in the ID field and click OK to go to the prompt. However, this affects the text and image link.

OK, this is what we have in there:
<A HREF = %s TARGET="%s">%s</A>
Now for the text bit, that is fine and the text link connects to the pagename or full URL set for the [LINK] URL, but the image still goes to /.
This is a weird one...

Hi,
This is a weird one...
It is! And I can't replicate it.
I'll ask development to see if they have any ideas.

Hi,
I'm afraid that we are going to need to see your snapshot. I've sent you an e-mail.

Hi,
The problem is in your Act_BrochureImage.html file. The shop fragments are basically exactly the same as brochure fragments and therefore, using the same templates. You have put in <A href="../"> at the beginning of this template. You will need to remove it to get it to work correctly.

ahhhaaaaaa, now dont we feel very silly :o
Can you confirm that the Logo Image button is not infact the Brochure Logo and is for the images used in the fragments.... I think this is where the problem has come from and why we put that code in there... As we thought it was solely for the Brochure Page logo, not the images...
Anyway, thank you for setting us straight in our errror - time for some slaps to be dished out :)

It is used for all brochure images (including the logo).

ahaaaaaaa, that explains it..
Can we add a wish list for the logo image and the brochure/fragment images to be provided with a separate template please :)
