Mail templates

I want to edit English titles that appears in Mail Templates when there generated like:
___Customer / Recipient Details______
___Order Status____
____Lines Ordered___

Where can I edit those titles and the subtitles (Order Number, Date received, etc...)

I'm afraid you cannot change this heading, as they are in NETQUOTEVAR:CUSTOMER_DATA which cannot be altered.
