7.02 Upgrade Oddity

Hi,

Nothing major, but really annoying: after installing the 7.02 upgrade the home page is no longer viewable within Actinic's preview pane.

A message reads:

"Page Preview: This Page is Deleted"

Of course, it isn't and is still there in both site and preview folder. Even when I select a different file for the home page, nothing happens - blank screen.

Hi there

Please try the following, highlight your brochure pages, and press delete, so you are marking them to be deleted. Then simply undelete them, does the homepage now show up?

Tried your suggestion but it doesn't do anything. I can live without this - if I'm the only person affected then don't worry about it... but, all the same it is very odd.

Just to let you know, i have got another client which this same issue and recieved his snapshot. I have posted it to the development team and once i have found out what is causing this, i will post the information here.

Just found out from the development, It is a bug within the software. It because the home page, the picture of the house has no fragment attached, so the internal viewer says "Page Preview - This page is deleted"

This will be fixed in the next patch 7.0.3.
