Shipping Service Providers tab missing

In my Business Settings/Shipping and Handling area, I don't have a tab that says 'Shipping Service Provider' which I expected to see. Although I've imported a DHL file using the hierarchical import facility, this hasn't brought this tab back (please see attached .jpg)
As things stand my customer isn't getting a choice of shipping options. Could anyone help me with getting the 'Shipping Service Provider' Tab back in this area please?

The 'Service Providers' tab is only available in the US version of the software where we have an integration with the UPS Online Tools.

You will find all the DHL shipping data within the standard 'Shipping' tab.

Many Thanks Chris, Its going to save me a lot of time looking for it! In the meantime, I've started to get to grips with the Import .csv's for the various shipping providers, and am working that way. I'm so glad you let me know its only in the U.S. Versions:- it was driving me nuts trying to find how I'd managed to lose it, the answer of course was that it had never been there!
