Turn off Coupons

How do i remove the coupon number requester in the checkout without removing any code?

(I might want to put it back later, I supose i could quote it out)

View | Discounts & Surcharge Settings
has 3 check box options for coupon code entry:
- Store Pages
- Shopping Cart
- Checkout

Deselect Checkout option and that should do the job
