How do i put a contact us on the front page of the site?

I am just restructuring our non-catalogue pages into brochure and realized that there no provision for a Send Mail icon.

Yes, it is possible to put a link in the text but it would be nice to be able to use the same NavBar look and feel as well. I am thinking that I will have to hard code it in the ActBrochureFrameNavBar.html template. I wish that it were possible otherwise.
