Hi,

Since I strated using v6 I keep getting the following message when I receive an order.


The notification failed for the following reason:
Callback to merchant site failed

If I'm not mistaken it seems that customers are able to make a purchase but are then not redirected to my site. I havnt a clue on this one, got any ideas anybody?

Don't know what could cause this problem, i am speaking to Development regarding this problem.

Just out of interest, have you changed the Act_OCCWorldpayTemplate.html?

No we havnt changed anything in this area.

Also, have you contacted WorldPay at all? They may have a transaction log which will provide more information about what actually happened with the faulty transactions.
