Hi

Before on actinic 4 i was able to print a data entry report on the packing list section on the order processing.

Now on version 6 it is greyed out and i cant print them off.

Check that you have the data entry report enabled - this is set on business settings, orders tab.

If you have then open up the report selection dialog, select the orders tab and click on 'outstanding data entry' reports (which will be greyed out) you should get a text message displayed in the right hand part of the dialog telling you why it is greyed out and how to fix it.
