Is it possible to display the customers credit card details on the printed packing list?

I'm trying to avoid exporting these details into Sage Line 50.

No, but you can print a report called the data entry report that contains these details or you can use the credit card schedule report to print these details as well. The data entry report is disabled by default, you have to go into view / business settings/order processing to enable it.
