Exporting

I recently exported 5 pending orders. The .cvs files showed up fine in the Site 1 sub directory but all 5 orders were moved to "pending and completed." I'd like to export all the completed orders so as to manipulated them in Excel but am not sure if they will remain in Actinic or will be purged. what rules does Actind V.4 follow?

Hi Mitch

I've tested this in v4. Orders in Pending are moved to Completed when exported because it's assumed the order processing will be completed outside Actinic. When orders in the Completed tab are exported, they remain in the same place.

Try this with a dummy order first to see the process :)
