Shopping mode is greyed out

Hi

I have just upgraded a customer's site from Business V4 to Business V6.0.2

The "shopping mode" selection (either within Design | Options | Shop Defaults or within a section layout) is greyed out and defaulted to "quantity on confirmation page".

Bit of a problem when I want to change the shopping mode to "quantity on product page".

How come the mode selection is greyed out? Is this a bug in the upgrade?

Shopping mode will be greyed out if you have 'Request Location Information Early' switched on in 'Business Settings | Ordering'.
