Hi,
To apply a 10% discount to your store you need to go to the 'View' menu and select 'Discounts'. Tick the 'enable' box and type in a description that you want to appear on the website (ie '10% discount'). Set the 'Type' to 'percentage' and set your 'Based on' field.
Then you just need to set your 'Discount Triggers'. So the 'cart value' will be the amount a customer needs to buy to trigger the discount (I suggest a minimum of £1). Then set the 'percentage' to discount (ie 10). Don't tick the 'surcharge' box as that will add 10% onto the order. Click 'OK' and update the site.
This will add it the discount at the checkout stage.
If you want to show 10% off the product prices then you will either have to go through all your products and take 10% off the price, or, if you know Access you can go directly into the 'ActinicCatalog.mdb' file within your 'Site1' folder and create a query on the 'Products' table to take 10% of all the product prices (take a backup of the file before doing this).
I hope this is clear
