I have a simple framed site, and in design options following is set: "Use frames in catalog" and "No frames in checkout" - but this doesnt work.
The url to the shop is http://shop11.ipeurope.dk/acatalog

I altered the Act_Frameset a little, but I didnt delete anything.

Any ideas?

the thing i altered in act_frameset, is that i changed the frame from being left aligned to top aligned - because i wanted the navbar to be in the top.

does this make any difference?

Hi,

You could try having the frames removed altogether by creating a custom property called ACT_SETUP_FRAMES_OFF. Go to the Design menu | Options | Miscellaneous tab and click on the ? (for context sensitive help) and then click on the checkbox for 'No Frames in Checkout' for more information on this.

Hi,

I can't recreate the problem you are having with one of my stores. I have changed the frameset to have the frame at the top of the screen and just by having 'no frames in checkout' ticked turns off the frame.

Can you post your Act_FrameSet.html template here so I can take a look at it.

As for the context sensitive help, is the '?' (next to the 'x' at the top of the Design | Options window) greyed out or does it just not bring anything up when you click on an item?

hi tracey.

Actually i got it working now.

Concerning the context sensitive help, it just won't react to my clicking the icon while another window is opened.

Hi,

There is a '?' on the open window next to the close button ('x'). Try using this one instead of the one on the toolbar.
