Losing Customers - Missing the Credit Card Phase

Am getting customers reporting that "...my transaction went though without me completing the Visa card details. I tried again and this time it all worked as it should..."

The failed order attempt downloads as "Invoice and Payment before Delivery" which is a payment method i do not offer.

I seem to be losing customers with this error as they cant be bothered (naturally) to start again! How can i prevent the error from happening?

Hi there

Please could you provide us with a bit more information, like what payment method/service you are using? SSL or a PSP? Also what website is this happening on?
