Payment Methods

Hi,
I have looked through the payment options but I am not exactly sure what I should use for cheque/cash by post and bank transfer. I can change the website description but not the payment method name.

Also, does anyone use moneybookers.com? Is it easy to set up?

The payment method name cannot be changed, but orders etc will use the website description so this should not be too much of a problem.
