Help needed with upload error message

Hi all, I have just updated my site after the new year and I am now receiving a error message when the upload bar is merging the files at the end of the update, it never did this before any ideas what the problem could be as the only changes I have made was to add a few more products :confused:

delete all the .cat and .fil files from both the server and your PC and then refresh
