Pound Sterling instead of British Pound

Hello, newby here.

In the view cart the template says: pirces in British Pounds (as currency selected in Business Settings). I would like to have this changed to: Pound Sterling.
How can I do that?

Try this (untested). Go to Design / Options / Shop Defaults / Receipt Currency Label and change from

Prices in %s

to

Prices in Pound Sterling
