Back up Problem

Hi There

I got a fatal error when trying to back up.
There are two errors but I can deal with them.
The error message reads as follows

FATAL ERRORS
(File SnapshotWizard.cpp, Line 773) - Archive error 5 - The compression operation failed
Library error - Can not open file D:\Program Files\Actinic Ecommerce v6\Sites\Site1\ActinicCatalog.mdb ! has been caught.
Errors
(File ExportFiles.cpp, Line 491) - The file D:\Program Files\Actinic Ecommerce v6\Sites\Site1\index.html was not found System error 2 - The system cannot find the file specified.

ActinicCatalog.mdb ! has been caught.

This sometimes happens when you have ben using Actinic for a while and the Snapshot wizard has trouble locking the database. If you close and re-open Actinic this should go away.

The other errors are due to Actinic following links that have been hard-coded into your templates, and so is looking for files on your PC that are only available online. These are benign and won't stop the snapshot from being taken.
