Order received email gives wrong prices!!!

Hello

A customer of mine is reporting the following error as an example.

He placed an order for a single item costing £17.00 (£19.98 inc VAT)

The order downloads into his copy of Actinic fine... but the email he got (as the customer) showed his order as follows..

Shopping Cart (Prices in British Pounds)
REFERENCE DESCRIPTION QUANTITY PRICE COST
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
COU201 Coulthard Cap 1 00 00
==========================================================================================
Subtotal: 00
VAT: 8
Total: 98

Obviously what is happening is that for some reason it is truncating the prices but I have no idea why!?!?!

The onscreen receipt from the site gives the right price by the way

AOL!!!

check the knowledge base for the solution.....

Some customers (it just seems to be the ones with AOL addresses) do not have prices appearing correctly in their email receipts.
Solution: This is a known problem which is fixed in v5.1.6 of Actinic Ecommerce, available to download from www.actinicdownloads.com.
