Only one product per packing list

Is it possible to only one have product per packing list and it needs to be for 1 qty of that item to aswell. E.G. if somebody orders 3 of the same product I need 3 separate packing sheets for them. Needs to work if there's 3 of the product one and 2 of product two, I need 5 packing lists (1 for each separate item). I have tried ship item separately but nothing helps there. This also needs to apply for the invoices too.

You cannot do this as part of standard Actinic, but you could possibly do this by editing the report in crystal reports 8.5. It would be easy to have one packing list for each product ordered, but quite hard to have 1 for each item when multiples were ordered.
