quick search

Some time ago I added the quick search to every page on the catalogue I have subsequently upgraded to Business and can't seem to find a check box or similar to remove it. I can't find anything in the help topics anyone any ideas?

Hello there.

Please try this,

Go to 'Advanced | Template Manager' and locate the general header layout template 'Act_Header.html'. Locate the variable NETQUOTEVAR:SIMPLESEARCH and replace it with

<!-- NETQUOTEVAR:SIMPLESEARCH -->

You may want to make a backup of this template before you begin, just in case! They can be found in your site1 folder.

Hope this helps.

NETQUOTEVAR:SIMPLESEARCH may also be in Act_Primary.html and require commenting out from there.

Muddling through design changes and improvements to the store. You should look into taking fencing up again it is "in Vogue" at the moment!
