Backup Problems

Hi there,

Problems with the backup, for some reason we are unable to perform this and
the following error message occurs.

Actinic Ecommerce encountered an error backing up C:\Program Files\Acitinic
Ecommerce v6\Sites\Orangic Plants\Backup.mdb to C:\Program Files\Acitinic
Ecommerce v6\Sites\Orangic Plants\Previous.mdb. The system cannot find the
path specified.

How can I get it working again?

Go to 'Housekeeping | Backup Options | Shutdown Backup Options' and check your spelling in there. It looks like 'Actinic' is spelt wrong.

Thanks for that, spoke to the help line, clicked on 'Options' and redirected it to the backup folder. Totally happy now.
