Hi,
I hate asking this, but Internet Secure is not much help right now. How do I connect the software to Internet Secure? I already have the account activated. Their instructions seem a little unclear.

The other problem is is when I select SSL I get the following error when upload.

"There is a problem with the SSL certificate, the host name in the
certificate is invalid or does not match" My server says they support SSL. Help is much appreciated at this point.

you can get this error if the cert is in one name and you are using another ie

domain.com
www.domain.com

your certificate is in the name of toronto.sibername.com - that's not really correct for you to access it without errors from your domain: original-paintings-artwork.com


Did you purchase a dedicated SSL cert, or are you using their shared cert?

I'm using their shared SSL. I think just to solve the problem for now I'm going to use Actinic inbuilt encryption. and see how this works out.
