Can Flash be inserted into a page easily?

Hi, Can anyone tell me how to insert a flash file onto my home page. www.kentishsupplies.co.uk I will be useing Swish and export it as a SWF file.

Within the brochure fragment, just add in the normal code that you would need to display the flash content, but surround it with !!< my code in here >!! and then add it into the Additional Files directive beneath Advanced to get it uploaded.

That should do the trick.
