Payment Methods & Currency CLASH

Is there anyway to get around the clashing of Payment method: PayPal and Currency used in store: Australian dollars.

The combination of these two doesn't work becasue Actinic thinks that Paypal doesn't accept payments in AU dollars.

Does anyone know how I can get around this.

Maybe there is some code somewhere which determines which currencies go with which payment methods that can be slightly altered???

I relaly need to charge my customers in AU$, and PayPal is the only way to go...
