Is the upgrade Guide for v7 zip corrupt?

I've just downloaded and tried to extract the upgrade guide and get the following error in winzip:

Error: invalid compressed data to inflate

Extracting to "C:\Documents and Settings\Settings\Temp\"
Use Path: no Overlay Files: yes
Extracting v7 Upgrade Guide.doc
Error: invalid compressed data to inflate

Fails on two different PC's

Anybody else had problems with this file?

I tried two different locations two different PC's but to no avail.

I think you are right. It must have got corrupted in the transition to the new server. I have re-attached it here - http://community.actinic.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=1027

We are having problems with downloading .zip files today???

No - the file itself had gotten corrupted on the server. I think something has happened to some of the binary files on the server as some people's avatars are messed up as well.
