Bug in 7.02 Any help appreciated.

I moved a complete section of products further up the list in the content section and received an error messaging saying that there was already a folder with the same name; I wasn’t renaming just moving the section.

It would appear that the section has completely disappeared but has left the copy products in other sections, but all the original products have disappeared.

I can sort this out if I can do a copy of the duplicate product, which it is not allowing me to do. The other option is can I turn all the duplicate products into originals?

I do have a back up but had spent 3 hours carrying out a lot of design changes that are not in the back up so do not want to do an import.

Any help would be appreciated

Within Actinic, a section is a pagename, so did you move a subsection to the top level section?

but all the original products have disappeared.
If the original products have disappears, what happens when you click on a duplicate and select "Go to Original"

Nadeem,

I was moving the section to the top of the same level when it disappeared. I do have a sticky mose pad on the laptop though so it is possible that it was moved to a different place in the last second.

When I click go to original product it stays on the duplicate, also when I search the product it only finds the duplicates, and of course thes can't be edited.

I have decided to add the products again as I have more information to add to each product so now is as good a time as any, and it was only 45 products that were lost.
