Changing Order of Sub Sections

I've got quite a lot of sub sections and I want to change the order in which they appear. Is there an easy way of doing this, other than keep dragging each one to top, and re-ordering that way? What I'm after is for the sub sections to appear in alphabetical order.

You don't have to drag them one at a time.
You can select them holding down the shift key for a block or the control key for non contiguous ones and drag the group to the top.
So if the subsections are already sorted, then select the group to go above the new one holding down the shift key and drag them all to the top
