Hi,
I have set up delivery in Actinic to ship products by weight.
2kg for consumables £6.95
3.00kg for heavier items £9.00
These delivery charges would remain constant as in the majority of case the courier charge is fixed, whatever the weight
Am I right in thinking that if the customer orders multiple items on that shipment (i.e 5 items at £6.95 per time), the excess for each additional item would take the cost to the highest value in the table (£9.00) for that order.
I want the consignments to be sent at a fixed delivery cost, however many items are despatched
How do I get around this, please - am I misunderstanding something simple in the settings? :)
