order summary

Hello

If you right click on an order you get the option of an Order Summary... but both the company name and the country of order are missing - does anyone know where its source is so it can be altered?

This functionality is tucked away in the Catalog.exe file and so is not changeable. You will have to add it in yourself.

Oh dear... is this something that's fixed in later versions?

Is there any other quick and easy way to capture a complete order summary to put in the body of an email?

You could export the invoice or packing list to a file and include that. You can do this by printing to a pdf printer OR I have a product that will be released very shortly that will do this for you.

Or you could upgrade to v6 where all this information is available as an email you can send direct to customers.
