discounting different sections

:mad: I have version 6.1.3 and want to discount products for a SALE on all products via price with the exception our budget ranges as the profit margins are far too small. How can I discount everything else but not this one section?

Export your catalog into Exel, and simply use a function to edit all the prices contained in the section rows you want to change. If there aren't many products you wish to edit the price of, you can apply a function to every price in one go, then apply a second function to return the other product prices back to what they were.
