Hi

At present, when customers put items in their basket they don't know the postage until they get to the checkout. Is there something I can do so that postage is automatically displayed as items go into the basket. (at present the only way you can see postage in the basket is if you go to checkout, then return to the catalog).

I want my customers to know what the score is!

My shipping is set according to weight - but free over £50 spend.

Any help warmly received.

Not much of a response - does that mean that the question was so basic that everyone was abit embarrassed for me, or that its really complicated and no one knows how to help me?

So far as I know this is impossible but if anyone finds a way I would love to know how too!

Sorry haven't got an answer to your question but I just wanted to compliment your site, looks great. Good colour scheme and nice image map on the main page.

Thanks Dave - it seems like such an obvious thing to be able to do - I assumed I had just left a box unticked or something. Apparently not?
Unless someone else out there knows better.

Hi, I had the same problem. I dont think thats this is possable in Actinic, but I might be wrong. The problem being that for the correct postage to show you need to know what country the goods are going to. Until the customer selects the country the postage is not worked out.
Of cause if you only ship to the Uk or they are the majority of your ustom base why not have the delivery cost clearly visable. Customers like to know up fromt what the costs are for postage. I state on my main header of every page that we only charge £3.95 for UK postage.

Hope this helps !
