Taxes calculated before Shipping & Handling

Hello All

I am sure I am just missing something simple but I cannot seem to find it.

My taxes are calculating on the total before Shiping and Handling. I need the Shipping & Handling amount to be added into the total on which the taxes are applied.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

If it is the shipping that is not showing the tax then ensure you have the tax rate set in Business Settings | Shipping | Shipping Charges Made
