Invoice locations

Hi all,

I've a problem... I can't seem to change the invoice location box in the check out phase. The only options available are UK or non of the above. How do I add more?

My shipping destinations are fine though.

The values in the 'Select Invoice Location' drop-down come from:

1) The countries in your Tax zones in 'Business Settings | Tax' (if you are taxing by invoice address)

2) From the countries that you have limited certain payment methods to ('Limited by Location' option in 'Business Settings | Payment & Security')
