help!

Hi

I am having problems downloading orders and uploading to the site, cant do either. I cant view the site from my pc although i can from other pc,s on the network. The message is 'server returned an unrecognised or invalid response'

Strange i have tried clearing my internet cache that is having no effect. cant work out why i can view the site from another pc on the network!

Did you post this message from your machine or another? IE are you able to view any other sites from your machine? Are you able to access the internal server from your machine?

If it is an internal server error you should get an error code (try also looking on the server under Event Viewer) - check the error code against the knowledge base for the server

hi

i can view anything on the web bar the sub domain pages which acting looks after. but i can view them on another machine on the same connection.

I did a test order at lunchtime and after entering the card details i got an error page, since then i cant see any of the pages in the subdomain. I assume this is why actinic will not up or download.

i have cleared the cache tec rebooted.

im stuck!!

Must have been a bad cookie, i deleted them then the sub domain pages showed in my browser and actinic worked! :confused: but :D
