Shipping Charges

I have been setting up the Shipping and Handling section of Actinic 7 to include the new tarrifs for a new courier service I will be using. On testing the settings, all my test orders are now displaying the Standard Service Charge only instead of the relevant charges. It was working fine before but I can't workout just what I've done!! HELP!!!! :confused:

Probably not the answer but I had the same problem and found that if you close Actinic down and then re-open it seemed to rectify it.

If not try uploading your site with the new changes and testing it live, I've found that the test mode option is sometimes lack certain functions..

I've just tried that and its still calculating with the £10 Standard Charge - I'm completely baffled.

I was calculating my shipping on weight with First & Second Class Royal Mail - it won't even recognise the original settings now!! :confused: :confused:

All sorted out now - I just deleted everything out and started again - this time it works!
