Error when retrieving orders

I had to upgrade from version 5.0.0 to version 5.1.4 because of the bugs in 5.0.

I have formatted my computer and reinstalled actinic and upgraded to 5.1.4 and imported the old site and now when I try and retrieve orders I get the message:

"The server scripts are incompatible with this version of Actinic ecommerce. Refresh the web site. If the error persists, copy the perl scripts from the original subdirectory and try again.

Server version = "5 BMGB" Client version = "5 CHOA".

I have copied the perl scripts, removed all directories from the live web server and completely uploaded the site from scratch but this error keeps appearing.

What can I do? I can't download any orders at the moment - help much appreciated.

You need to copy all the *.pm and *.pl files from your 'Actinic Ecommerce v5\Original' folder to your 'Actinic Ecommerce v5\Sites\Site1' folder on your PC and then go to 'Web | Refresh' website. This really should do the trick.
