Error decrypting orders (when downloading orders)

Hi,

This is my first post as I'm new to this forum and actinic software.

I am currently testing my "catalog" setup, and I have some problems in downloading orders from my website. I get an error "Error Decrypting Orders" ...

I tried to copy all the *.pl and *.pm files from original directory to my site, then doing a "Refresh Website" ... without success.

Any idea of what's wrong ?

Are you uploading on one machine and downloading onto another?

If so, ensure the encryption keys in 'Housekeeping | Security' are identical between the two machines.

I'm only using one machine to upload/download.

I have also disabled my firewall but I can't download orders ...

I have absolutely no idea of what's going on ... I did a fresh install of the software on my computer with the sample catalog, but it didn't work ... web updates, shopping, ordering, everything works fines, except downloading orders.

I am discouraged as I spent a lot of time on the catalog ...

How are you securing payment? Are you using a payment service provider or are you using your own SSL?
