I'm having a small problem in that I have a static page outside of my catalog from which I want to link to a product within a framed catalog.
Unfortunately, my link is showing only the body section of the catalog (with the pertinent product) but none of the rest of the site around it.
Does anyone know how I force the site to load the page in the correct frameset?
Regards

Actinic Ecommerce has a little JavaScript expression that will automatically load the Actinic frames if the browser detects that the store page has loaded up without its frame. This code is within Act_FrameLoad.html and is inserted into a page via NETQUOTEVAR:LOADFUNCTION in Act_Primary.html. Check this code is all present and correct.

Hi Chris,
The NETQUOTEVAR that you mention is in the Act_Primary file right at the start of the HEAD tags before the submitfunction netquotevar...
The site is on www.buywineonline.co.uk
If you click on the Special offer on the homepage, you'll see what I mean

OK - the script I mentioned only works when for a frameset which Actinic generates - but your store is not in frames as far as Actinic is concerned.
The only way to fix this is to create a version of your custom frameset document which is just for special offers, and then load the Actinic special offer page into the main frame of it.
