I have been on your site and have been able to recreate the problem.

My suggestion is to trying using a bog-standard untouched default overall layout template for the Checkout pages (set in 'Design | Options | Layouts'). Then upload, and if the transition to WorldPay then works, it will mean the errors are as a result of the customisation you have undertaken on the overall layout template.

Chris - thanks for your reply. I work with Tony, the person who first posted this message. I have done what you suggest, and when I go in to Design | Options | Layouts the setting is set at "Default Primary Template" (with sidebar down the left). I'm asssuming this is the default layout. DO you have any other thoughts? Thanks - Jen

That should work fine.

Chris - sorry I did not make myslef clear. That was the setting that was there all along, while the error is occurring. It looks like we've never touched this setting. Thanks - Jen

I'm afraid I cannot help you with this aside from what I have already advised.

Please raise an email support question here (http://www.actinic.co.uk/support/register.htm) for further assistance.

Thanks for all your help. One final posting for those who might come searching afterwards...

It was a number of problems with our recently-modified site. The very able folks at SureSolutions made a number of changes to get me going. With this error, it might be best to contact your local pro.
