View Full Version : Missing products in cart and on invoices

Hi,

My v6.0.2.0.0.0 version of catalog seems to have developed a problem.

Certain products do not show on the 'cart contents' page and also are not shown on printed invoices etc, even though they have been correctly included in the order and can be seen in order manager when downloaded.

An example can be seen, by selecting the product on

The confirmation page should detail the product, not just the price and quantity. It works OK on many other products. For example,

The problem seems to occur with my most recently added products, but I am not aware that there is anything different with how these have been added / configured to other older products on the site.

Any ideas?

This is potentially very confusing for my customers, so any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
