Re sell Actinic

OK i wonder if you could help. I was asked to build a website for a colleague using Actinic, I duly purchased this and three months work went into building the site. My colleague has now decided that the website is not generating sufficient income and wants to wind the site up.

The question is can I resell Actinic or use it to build another site for someone else once the original site is wound up, eg is it bound to the original domain name?.

You cannot resell it, but you probably would be able to use it for another site with Actinic's permission.

To do this you'd need to contact actinic sales and let them know the original site is no longer in operation so they can make sure they don't detect a multiple use and start pursuing you.

Having talked this over with my colleague we have decided it may be a better option and let ths site run now that all the work is done as this is not causing is too much difficulty in maintaining it.

Options are that we would purchase order manager for the original site and upgrade Business to developer which would enable me to carry on developing sites. Is this an acceptable use of Actinic?
