Deleting Primary Template Layout Options

Hello All,

I have been having a play with the primary templates and saving them under my own names. I want to now delete some of these.

I can locate and delete the files but this leaves the name in the drop down menu within the Options/layouts section.

Could someone please tell me which directory file to edit and where I can find it.
