cart problem

Hello

Developed a problem where when you buy a product i get the error message

The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of HTTP headers.

I have tried to refresh the web site but get another error message of

150 opening ASC11 mode data connection for /bin/is 550 ca00001.PL the system cannot find the file specified.

Any help on this please?
