data entry of product prices

i have input all product prices net of VAT

on handing the site over to the client, he asked "can the prices be maintained using inclusive of VAT figures"

he requires this for 2 reasons
1) easier for him to maintain
2) prices inclusive of VAT are exact ie £50 instead of £49.99

my initial response was no, but was i right ?

The easiest way to do this is to use a spreadsheet to maintain prices, you can then enter the prices inclusive of VAT and use a formula to calculate the VAT and then import the prices into catalog.

You can't do it from within catalog itself.
