affiliate javascript

Hi,

I'm trying to set up an affiliate link with Affiliate Futures and it requires calling a javascript program from the receipt page and passing it the price and order number parameters. I haven't got a problem with the parameters (I don't think!), but anyone know how I call an external javascript program from the middle of a bunch of perl code?
