Error when testing

Hi,

I am getting the folowing error when I try to test my Advanced Network Setup details.

Unable to move to the acatalog directory "../" on the FTP server. The specified directory does not exist or you do not have access to the directory.

My ISP is FastHosts. Should I need to change any permissions.
