Email Templates

I would firstly like to say sorry as i asked this question many weeks ago but forgot and cant find the link :confused:

Im trying to add numerous new email templates into actinic and i have managed to get them exactly how i want, but unfortunatly the new lines/line breaks in the emails are being removed and when the email is sent, it looks a complete mess.

Any ideas why this might be happening or if there is a solution?
