Sorting the catalog

Is there any way I can sort products in the catalog by name? I've had to create some pages out of order, but every time I drag and drop it places them in a sub.

Make sure that the section or product you want to move is selected and press control X to cut it from the current position and then highlight the section/product above where you want to re-insert and press control P and that should do the trick for you.
